 The >> Celestron 8 is a legendary amarican Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope used many times worldwide. With an opening of 8" and a focal length of 2 m it is very handy and the C8 has also good optics.

It's a focal ratio of f /10 but it could be reduced to f /6,3 and even to f /3,3
I use also a the russian MAK of Rubinar piggy pack and as guiding scope.
